Kathmandu International Arbitration Center (KIAC) is a professional institution established to provide comprehensive services related to the resolution of commercial and investment disputes among the parties. It is established under Nepal’s Company Act, 2006 as a “Profit Not Distributing Company,” meaning its primary goal is not to generate profits but to serve the public interest by promoting effective dispute resolution. The institution’s core mandate is to facilitate arbitration, offering a neutral and effective platform for dispute resolution. This institution is strategically located within walking distance from Kathmandu District Court, High Court Patan, Special Court and Supreme Court of Nepal.
